Maegan Whelchel is an associate attorney for Blazier, Christensen, Browder & Virr, P.C, specializing in general civil and complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate, especially as it pertains to the financial sector. She also participates in handling probate and estate planning matters for individual clients.
Maegan has extensive experience in assisting her clients with a wide range of legal services, including business disputes and corporate transactional matters, as well as assisting in resolving disputes involving real property and handling real estate sales and acquisitions for individuals and real estate investors' portfolios. Maegan grew up in Oklahoma, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Oklahoma. She obtained her law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and practiced law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, before moving to Austin, Texas.
When not practicing law, Maegan enjoys traveling and spending time with her dogs, cats and horses.
